We started planning Zach's proposal to Taylor a few months before their trip to Park City. Over Zoom, we talked through his vision, shared our location suggestions, and worked out a plan to bring it all together. Getting to know what he had in mind helped us find a setting that felt right for the two of them.

And when the day arrived, it all came together beautifully. Snow was falling as Zach got down on one knee, with Deer Valley's snowy ski slopes behind them. Taylor's reaction says it all. :)

A Deer Valley Proposal Followed by a Family Celebration

After the proposal, family joined them on the deck for hugs, a look at the ring, and plenty of celebrating. We love documenting these moments, when everyone gets to share in the excitement and the photos become part of the family's story too.

Zach and Taylor popped champagne, toasted their engagement, and spent some time with us taking portraits in the snow. From the surprise itself to the quieter moments together afterward, there was so much joy to photograph.
